These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of the Omw Cleaning and Services website (latsvc.com), located at https://www.latsvc.com.
Who are we? latsvc.com is a news portal and digital business guide for the Latino community and the sector of Spanish-speaking workers and entrepreneurs who serve communities in the United States of America.
Why publish with us? We currently have a traffic of 500 to 1000 daily readers who enter our platform, driven by different social networks, advertisements, marketing in general, positioning in Google, interesting sections and a list of subscribers growing daily, this ensures a promising future for our project and the companies that publish on our website.
About our services:
We have 4 plans which we will describe below:
1. White pages: Database incorporation into white pages of our business guide without photos. (Free) there is no cost.
2. Yellow pages: Addition to our database yellow pages of our business guide. It includes: Business photo, link to social networks, business data, link to email and web, QR code linked to your favorite social network or website. (Cost $50 per year).
3. Web page + Yellow + White pages: Slide photos, inclusion of the logo, text about company, link to social networks, business photo, QR code linked to your favorite social network or website, 10 photo image gallery, 1 embedded YouTube video, contact form for clients, location of offices with Google maps, information on payment methods. (Cost $150 per year).
4. Website + Yellow + White Pages + Inclusion of all holiday advertisements in the USA (11 signs): Photos in slides, inclusion of the logo, text about company, link to social networks, photo of the business, QR code linked to your favorite social network or website, 15 photo image gallery, 1 embedded YouTube video, contact form for clients, location of offices with google maps, information on payment methods. (Cost $210 per year).
Start of any marketing work: To start any marketing work Yellow Pages, Web Page + Yellow + White Pages or Web Page + Yellow + White Pages + Inclusion of all holiday advertisements in the USA (11 signs), that is, options 2, 3 and 4, a deposit of $50 must be made, which will be deducted from the price of the product at the end of said work.
What should the customer provide? 10 to 15 Large, well-shaped photos and images. Business data: Address, telephone numbers, email, services they provide, social networks Facebook, Instagram and optionally others. If possible a business card or logo. Written about your company. Email for configuring the form, can be the same email. Payment methods accepted by the business. Jobs that don't provide an email will not be initiated.
Works included and not included: The service is exclusively for the creation of personalized web pages or inclusion in our platform of yellow pages for business and white pages, services for creating emails, logos, or image search for customers are not included, it is clear that these services will be charged separately.
Annual payments: All plans except for white pages which are permanent, services 2, 3 and 4 will be paid annually with an annual change courtesy of Omw Services, these changes include data and photos and colors of the website.
Additional changes: At the end of services 2, 3 and 4, the customer will only have the option of 1 annual change (12 months), after this change the cost per change of images or data will be $15. Completion of the work: Once any of the services 2, 3 and 4 are completed, the customer will be informed through social networks and to their phone number via text message or the Whatsapp app, so such payment must be made immediately, otherwise they will be charged 3% daily.

Inicio de cualquier trabajo de marketing:
Para iniciar cualquier trabajo de Marketing Páginas amarillas, Página web + Amarillas + Páginas blancas o Página web + Amarillas + Páginas blancas + Inclusión de todas las publicidades festivas en Usa (11 signs), es decir, las opciones 2,3 y 4 se debera realizar un deposito de $50 el cual se descontara del precio del producto al finalizar dicho trabajo.
Que debe proporcionar el cliente ?
10 a 15 Fotos e imagenes grandes y en buena forma.
Datos del negocio: Direccion, telefonos, email, servicios que prestan, redes sociales facebook, instagram y opcionalmente otras.
Si es posible una tarjeta de presentacion o logo.
Escrito sobre su compañia.
Correo electronico para configuracion del formulario, puede ser el mismo email.
Metodos de pago que acepta el negocio.
No se iniciaran trabajos que no proporcionen un email.
Trabajos incluidos y no incluidos:
El servicio es exclusivamente de creacion de paginas webs personalizadas o inclusion en nuestra plataforma de paginas amarillas para business y paginas blancas, no esta incluido los servicios de creacion de emails, logos, o busqueda de imagenes para los clientes, queda claro que la realizacion de estos servicios seran cobrados aparte.
Pagos anuales:
Todos los planes a excepcion de paginas blancas los cuales son permanentes, los servicios 2,3 y 4 se pagaran anual con 1 cambio anual cortesia de Omw Services, estos cambios incluyen datos y fotos y colores del sitio web.
Cambios adicionales:
Al finalizar los servicios 2, 3 y 4 el cliente solo tendra la opcion de 1 cambio anual (12 meses), despues de este cambio el costo por cambio de imagenes o datos seran de $15.
Finalizacion del trabajo:
Una vez finalizado cualquiera de los servicios 2, 3 y 4 se hara saber al cliente por medio de las redes sociales y a su numero de telefono por mensaje de texto o la app Whatsapp, por lo que dicho pago debe realizarse inmediatamente, de otra forma se le recargara un 3% diariamente.
